The imperial army, with an accomplice, sought him out on the mountain, surrounded by his disciples. They kidnapped him, brought him before the flawed human justice system, sentenced him, and killed him, disregarding the fact that the one being persecuted was the anointed Son of God. On the third day, the alarm was raised among mortals, and he, appearing to his own, rose again!
0:09
First they kidnapped him while he prayed on the mountain, then they dragged him, forcing him to carry a heavy cross, and finally they murdered him. But he is Risen! Hallelujah!
1:07
Upon emerging from the new tomb, where he had been buried for three days, he spoke to his disciples and followers, telling them not to worry, that his Kingdom was not of this world, and that he would return to raise them up and take them to the heavens of God. Then they all understood that he had risen. They knelt and worshipped him. Although they forgave the wicked, they asked the Lord of the universe to help them fulfill His Holy Word.
1:32
First, they kidnapped Him while He was praying on the mountain, then they dragged Him, forcing Him to carry a heavy cross, and finally, they murdered Him. But He rose again! Alleluia!
2:34
The three Marys accompanied Him in those first days of the resurrection. His apostles listened to Him, some hardened of heart by the questionable customs. The news spread through the mountains and plains, and reached the ears of the empire and the military leaders. Many were converted, while others still bury their dead. The beloved disciple understood that overcoming human darkness is not easy and that His Word will endure until the end of time. Hail, alleluia!
